About Us
EMPOJAMII is humanitarian youth driven organization based in Morogoro, Tanzania dedicated to protecting and strengthening communities through innovative solutions that address the challenges of today and prepare for the uncertainties of tomorrow. Our mission is to empower communities to thrive by combining early warning systems, climate action, sustainable livelihoods, and disaster preparedness into integrated and practical interventions.
We focus on building resilience at the grassroots level, supporting vulnerable populations, particularly women and youth, to adapt, recover, and grow in the face of natural and economic shocks. Through our programs, we harness technology, local knowledge, and community participation to ensure that our solutions are not only effective but also sustainable.
